The following legal terms apply when doing business with us:

* ALL equipment MUST be picked up within FIVE calendar days after notification that repairs are completed. On the 6th calander day, storage fees of $10 per day will begin to be added to the bill.

* Any equipment left onsite for 30 calendar days AFTER notification of work completion will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Major Power Equipment, to dispose of as we see fit (including sale of said equipment to cover repair, parts and storage charges).

* Onsite Shop Repair Estimates:  there is no charge for an onsite shop estimate

* Offsite Repair Estimates: there will be a minimum estimate cash deposit of $25 for ALL offsite estimates.  Estimate cash deposit will be paid BEFORE machine is inspected. If you have us perform repairs, the estimate charge will be credited to your final bill. If the customer chooses to not have repairs made, they have the option to surrender the machine to us if desired, and at our discretion, at which time the estimate deposit will be gladly refunded.

* Offsite Repairs: A 50% cash deposit will be required before any offsite repairs are made to machine, and payment will be in the form of cash only. Cash balance is due upon completion of repairs. If machine is returned to our shop for repairs, no deposit is required but transport fees will be added to the final bill.

* All equipment left onsite will be secured in a locked, weatherproof area WHEN FEASIBLE. There may be times when the machine simply cannot be locked/protected, and Major Power Equipment is NOT responsible for theft or damages to said machine - but we will alert you to this fact BEFORE we take the machine into our possession. We will do our honest, absolute best to protect your machine but cannot guarantee it.

*It is the owner's responsibility to alert us to ANY safety issues with the machine BEFORE we begin to peform ANY work
